Plataforma digital para realizar reuniones virtuales

Las plataformas de videollamadas entraron en tendencia durante la pandemia hasta la actualidad, donde cada día se está volviendo una herramienta indispensable para todas las personas. Según el MINSA, el 52.2% de limeños sufrió de estrés causante de el confinamiento generado ese año. En el 2020, se originó la pandemia causada por la Covid-19, donde el gobierno peruano decretó una cuarentena que provocó que miles de personas no pudieran reunirse con sus familiares o amigos. Todo cambió tras ese suceso, las personas comenzaron a trabajar por internet, no estaba permitido las reuniones por el distanciamiento social y, por consiguiente, la diversión tuvo que detenerse generando consecuencias en las personas como el estrés, desánimo, aburrimiento, entre otros. Según Andina (2020) en su artículo publicado sobre el impacto de las plataformas virtuales, asevera que “El consumo de video llamadas en el Perú creció en más de cinco veces desde el inicio del aislamiento social. Este dato es muy importante, pues confirma el éxito que han tenido las plataformas de video llamadas en el país. Considerando dichas ventajas, desarrollaremos Conéctate, la cual es una plataforma de videollamadas que tendrá diferentes alternativas de diversión como música, juegos, karaoke, entre otros, donde las personas logren pasar un buen momento olvidándose de la crisis actual. Así mismo, se realizaron estudios cualitativos y cuantitativos que nos permitieron obtener un mejor panorama acerca de las plataformas digitales para realizar reuniones virtuales. Para finalizar, el proyecto resulta viable ya que las personas cada vez más muestran un interés mayor sobre estas aplicaciones, logrando así mayores ingresos mediante la suscripción de personas a nuestra plataforma.Video calling platforms entered a trend during the pandemic until today, where every day it is becoming an indispensable tool for all people. Everything changed after that event, people began to work online, meetings were not allowed due to social distancing and therefore the fun had to stop generating consequences in people such as stress, discouragement, boredom, among others. According to Andina (2020) in his published article on the impact of virtual platforms, he asserts that “The consumption of video calls in Peru has grown more than five times since the beginning of social isolation. This data is very important, as it confirms the success that video calling platforms have had in the country. Considering these advantages, we will develop Conéctate which is a video calling platform that will have different fun alternatives such as music, games, karaoke, among others, where people can have a good time forgetting about the current crisis. Likewise, qualitative and quantitative studies were carried out that allowed us to obtain a better overview of digital platforms for holding virtual meetings. Finally, the project is viable since more and more people show a greater interest in these applications, thus achieving higher income through the subscription of people to our platform.Trabajo de investigació

Internal Control System COSO 2013 and its impact on the Financial Management of regional restaurants in Lima Center, year 2022

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como principal objetivo determinar el impacto del Sistema de Control Interno COSO 2013 en la Gestión Financiera de los restaurantes regionales de Lima Metropolitana, año 2022. La investigación fue de tipo correlacional debido a que se desea conocer la relación existente entre el Sistema de Control Interno y la Gestión Financiera. Luego, el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, ya que el estudio se realiza de manera objetiva mediante la observación de las variables planteadas; es decir, no se ejerce ninguna manipulación de las variables en estudio: control interno y gestión financiera. La investigación fue mixta; por un lado, el método que se empleó en la investigación cualitativa fue la entrevista a profesionales con experiencia en temas de control interno y gestión financiera, por otro lado, en la investigación cuantitativa se seleccionó una muestra de 40 colaboradores de los 10 restaurantes regionales más destacados del 2022, conformados por un gerente general, contador general, un administrador y un analista contable y se recopiló la información por medio de encuestas con un total de 34 premisas y se empleó la escala de Likert. Los resultados se analizaron a través de tablas, figuras y gráficos SPSS. Los datos estadísticos demostraron que ninguna de las hipótesis fue rechazada; por lo contrario, fueron aceptadas debido a los resultados del Chi Cuadrado. El estudio concluye que sí existe una relación entre el Sistema de Control de Interno y Gestión Financiera de los restaurantes regionales de Lima Metropolitana, año 2022.The main objective of this research was to determine the impact of the Internal Control System COSO 2013 on the financial management of regional restaurants in Lima Center, 2022. It was correlational research since the objective is to find out the relationship between the Internal Control System and Financial Management. The research design was non-experimental, since the study is conducted objectively by observing the proposed variables that is, there is no manipulation of the variables: Internal Control and Financial Management. On the other hand, in the quantitative research, a sample of forty collaborators of the ten most outstanding regional restaurants of 2022 was carried out, which were a general manager, general accountant, an administrator and an accounting analyst and the information was collected through surveys with a total of thirty-four premises using the Likert scale. Results were analyzed using tables, figures, and SPSS graphs. The statistical data show that none of the hypotheses were rejected; on the contrary, they were accepted based on the chi-square results. The study concludes that there is a relationship between the Internal Control System and the financial management of the regional restaurants in Lima Center, 2022.Tesi
